Taken the above under consideration, Alproekt suggests using aluminium profiles for the entrance door and the joinery to it. This is a suitable option for this purpose, as the aluminium is a strong material and will resist to adverse effects of cold & hot, snow & rain, wind and sun. In addition, it is resistant to possible attempts to breaking-in, especially if it is reinforced with anti-burglary hardware.

We also recommend using aluminium profiles without thermal bridge as they are stronger and very durable.

Additional Features

Security:

As additional security features against burglary, Alproekt recommends installation of an electromagnetic lock and automatic closing device. The automatic door closing device will not only add to the security of the residential estate but will also increase the thermal insulation of the property.

Another security feature is the entrance door handles. There are two types of handles for the entrance door- one type is a ball type on the outside and a tubular handle on the inside. Thus, the door will be opened from the outside only with a key and no strangers will enter the cooperative. The other type of handles is tubular on both sides (outside and inside) but in this case, unless the door is locked with a key, an intruder can easily walk in the apartment's complex.

Mailboxes:

Another additional feature to the apartment complex entrance are the integrated mailboxes. The mailboxes could be integrated into the entrance door. This provides great convenience not only to the people living in the condominium but also provide easy access for the postmen delivering mails, advertising materials etc.

The integrated mailboxes into the entrance door will increase the security of the residential complex by reducing unauthorised access of people to its premises using the pretext they are postmen and will eliminate the unpleasant random doorbell ringing by postmen, looking to find someone to open the front door for them to deliver mail.

Stairway joinery
The stairway joinery must meet certain requirements.
